We currently integrate with Ellie Mae Encompass, and are working on more. Please contact us for custom integration requests.

Is Spruce Licensed in All 50 States?

We are currently licensed in 35 states, and fulfill orders in the remainder through our attorney and underwriter partners.

Does Spruce charge technology fees for it’s software?

No - our software is part of our service and is what makes us a great title company. We only charge for title premiums in accordance with state rules, and a closing fee, which generally starts at $495.

Who are Spruce’s underwriters?

We currently underwrite with WFG National Title and North American Title Insurance Company.
